Swirling, ruffly blooms of pure, glowing white open like stars against a backdrop of deep green foliage. These fully double flowers pack 25-30 petals into their delicate blooms, tinged with an intense perfume of bright citrus that will enchant any passerby. At the onset of cooler weather, these perfect, pure white petals get a slight tinge of pink, blushing at the upcoming promise of winter. Blooms repeatedly and prolifically all throughout the season. Tough, vigorous foliage has exceptional cold tolerance and an upright, bushy habit, reaching 4-5' high and 3' wide. Great for hedging or borders, or beneath a window to see and smell these beautiful blooms all season.
